  17.           END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  20. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  21. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  22. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  23. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  24. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  25. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  26. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  27. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  28. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  29. SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place
  30. of purchase for a full refund.

  33. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  34. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  35. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  37. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  38. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  39. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  42. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  43. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  44. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  45. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  46. standalone product or included with your own product.

  50. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  51. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  52. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  53. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  55. Separation of Components.
  56. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  57. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  58.  
  59. Software Transfer.
  60. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  61. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  62.  
  63. Termination.
  64. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  65. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  66. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  67. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  69. Distribution.
  70. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  71. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  72. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  73. free or non-profit packages or products.

  75. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  76. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  77. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  78. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  79. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  80. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  81. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  82. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  83. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  84. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  85. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  86. purposes.

  88. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  89. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with
  90. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  91. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  92. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  93. Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  94. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted

  125. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  126. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  127. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  129. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  130. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  131. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  132. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  133. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  134. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  135. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  136. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  137. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  138. the above limitation may not apply to you.

  141. I hereby grant you the right to provide this shareware program NOT the full 
  142. version on CD-ROMs,
  143. Shareware-disks, in shops or through networks as long as
