  13. DESCRIPTION: CIPHER is a word puzzle game in which you must try to
  14. discover the real meaning of a quotation or other phrase that has
  15. been encrypted.  To get started either read the .doc file or just
  16. start up the game and use the help system.
  17.  
  18. REQUIREMENTS: CIPHER runs under the Microsoft Windows 3.x environment
  19. and is known to work in EGA, VGA and some SuperVGA modes.
  20.  
  21. SHAREWARE: CIPHER is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to try
  22. the game and make copies for others.  If you continue to use the
  23. game, however, you must pay the author a registration fee of $15; in
  24. return you'll receive a copy of the latest version of the program, a
  25. larger collection of puzzles and possibly other software to try out.
  26. A deluxe version with binder and printed manual is available for $22.
  27. U.S. residents should include $2 shipping for the standard version or
  28. $4 for the deluxe version.  Foreign shipping is $4 for either
  29. version.  Disk vendors, please see VENDOR.TXT for distribution
  30. requirements.

  91. CIPHER:    A word puzzle game, yet it uses hi-res VGA or EGA graphics
  92.            for displays (mouse optional).  Also will run in text mode
  93.            (MS-DOS version).  Includes over 30 puzzles to solve;
  94.            registered version comes with over 200 additional puzzles.
  95.            You can also enter your own already encrypted puzzles.
  96.            Versions for both MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows are available.
  97.            Additional puzzle collections are also available.

  99. SHOOT:     "Shooting Gallery" is a colorful arcade game with several
  100.            different rounds to test your aim and reflexes, including
  101.            skeet, quick draw, carnival type shooting range and a wild 
  102.            west shootout.  Uses 320x200, 256 color mode and a mouse to
  103.            play.  Requires VGA or MCGA.

  132. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  133.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  134.            EGA/CGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  135.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.  Do not order this game from

  139. BASSMAP:   Companion program for BassTour which allows lakes to be
  140.            created or modified.  EGA and CGA versions provided.

  143. These programs are probably available on your favorite BBS or from
  144. your favorite disk vendors.  To register them or to order direct, use
  145. the form in the file "orderfrm.txt" which is all ready to print.  The
  146. "deluxe" version includes the registered software on diskette, plus a
  147. binder and printed manual (some programs also include quick reference
  148. cards).  The standard version includes just the diskette with the
  149. registered software.  You can also use your VISA or MasterCard to
  150. order on-line thru the support BBS, Xevious, at 508-875-3618.  Use
  151. the command "DOOR 15" to order.
