ASSEMBLY '94 in pictures
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here you have a small collection of pictures and animations taken in
Assembly '94. I am sorry the pictures are grabbed from the video and are
thus a bit of bad quality, but it seems no one had time to take "real"
shots from the party :-)
For the best performance in the animation files, copy them to your local
harddisk. You can play them with windows Media Player or some other program
that understands AVI format (there are many).
Pictures:
ASM1 - People waiting the Assembly to begin, early morning.
ASM2 - Ticket sales has begun.
ASM3 - The same ticket sales line.
ASM4 - In the ticket office... busy busy...
ASM5 - The main entrance, people carrying their machines.
ASM6 - Coke and something weird.
ASM7 - View from the "main hall" (ice arena).
ASM8 - Modem throwing!
ASM9 - Football competition.
ASM10 - General view from the partyplace.
ASM11 - General view from the partyplace.
ASM12 - Infodesk hassle.
ASM13 - Filling the Compaq DOOM competition entryform.
ASM14 - Laser equipment.
ASM15 - Greetings from Assembly '94 to all over the world: IRC.
ASM16 - Forte's virtual reality helmet.
ASM17 - C64 competitions have just started...
DOOMWIN - The winner of Compaq DOOM competition.
JSMITH - J. Smith from Advanced Gravis.. Hi John! :)
(also featuring Lord Cyrix and his best side :-)
Animations, in AVI format:
ASSEMBY.AVI - Short footage captured from the forthcoming ASM94 video.
DOOMWIN.AVI - The winner of Compaq DOOM competition is announced. If you
look carefully Gore will be seen in few frames, wearing
a black Assembly '94 cap.
GENERAL1.AVI - General shots from the Assembly '94 event.
GENERAL2.AVI
GENERAL3.AVI
MEGAZONE.AVI - Megazone, the ultimate laser fight.
OUTCOMPO.AVI - Outdoor competitions: modem throwing and soccer.
I really am sorry for the bad picture quality in the still pictures, but I
guess they are better than nothing. I hope you enjoyed.
