  73.         In addition, you can get our demos from internet where a very good
  74.         anonymous ftp demo site is ftp.eng.ufl.edu. Our demos can be found
  75.         in the directory /pub/msdos/demos/groups/future.crew.

  85.         So, what does it take to become an FC distsite?
  86.         In fact, it's not easy, we require a lot, but before
  87.         giving up, take a look at the following list:
  88.  
  89.                 - Your BBS MUST have every single one production
  90.                   FC or any member of FC has ever RELEASED
  91.  
  92.                 - Your BBS HAS TO contact Future Crew at least
  93.                   once a month, either by calling StarPort or by
  94.                   sending us e-mail
  95.  
  96.                 - Your BBS has to be absolutely DEMO-ORIENTED, NOT
  97.                   some gigantic all-around BBS. YOU yourself have
  98.                   to be very interested about demos and the PC demo
  99.                   scene in general
  100.  
  101.                 - Your BBS would also be a Future Crew information
  102.                   forum. You would have to answer questions concerning
  103.                   FC and our production, and help people who have
  104.                   problems with our software
  105.  
  106.                 - Your BBS should be operated on a PC compatible,
  107.                   with at least a 14400 BPS modem and 300 megabytes
  108.                   of diskspace for demos, and the BBS should be open
  109.                   24 hours a day, and 365 days / year
  110.  
  111.         So what do you get in exchange? Well, these things we can
  112.         guarantee:
  113.  
  114.                 - Your BBS will be mentioned in every FC production
  115.                   in the distsite BBS list
  116.                 - You have a chance to get all FC's future productions
  117.                   first hand, but only if you're active yourself
  118.  
  119.         What we can't guarantee, but what is likely to happen, is that
  120.         your BBS will become more and more popular and it's quality
  121.         will improve dramatically.
  122.  
  123.         Remember that we already have BBSes in most of the european
  124.         countries (check out the BBS list), but there are still some
  125.         gaps left which we'd like to fill out.
  126.  
  127.         Please read the above rules carefully and thi
