  1. This and all copies of the software are proprietary products 
  2. of H&M Systems Software, Inc. and are protected under 
  3. U.S. and international copyright law. Therefore you must treat 
  4. the software and accompanying written materials like any other 
  5. copyrighted material: you may not copy any portion of them, 
  6. but you may transfer the software to a single hard disk, provided 
  7. you keep the original disk(s) solely for backup or archival 
  8. purposes.

  10. Limited Warranty

  12. H&M Systems Software, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, 
  13. for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase that 
  14. the media in which the software is contained is free from defects 
  15. in material and workmanship and that the computer software program 
  16. shall operate substantially in accordance with the functional 
  17. specifications in the user's manual.

  19. Limitations

  21. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, 
  22. H&M SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY, 
  23. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING, 
  24. WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  25. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  26. IN NO EVENT SHALL H&M SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, INC. 
  27. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, 
  28. OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS RESULTING FROM USE OR 
  29. POSSESSION OF THIS PRODUCT.

  31. H&M System Software, Inc.'s cumulative liability to you or any 
  32. other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, 
  33. demands, or actions arising out of or relating to the use or 
  34. possession of this product shall not exceed the license fee 
  35. paid to H&M Systems Software, Inc. for the use of this product. 
  36. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OR 
  37. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE 
  38. ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  40. To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, please 
  41. return the product to the point of purchase, along with proof 
  42. of purchase, your name, return address, and a description of 
  43. the defect or problem; or return the product to the following 
  44. address within 90 days of purchase:

  50. This agreement will be interpreted and controlled by the laws 
  51. of the State of New Jersey; and the courts of that state will
