The ruins of Arycanda are near the village of Arif, just off the @Finike@ - @Elmal├╜@ road. One of the most interesting features of this ancient @Lycian@ city, which was founded in the 5th century BC and sheltered several different civilizations in its 1500 year history, is its location on a high terraced hill. On the uppermost terrace is a small @stadium;@ on a lower terrace, reached by a stairway, is a small twenty-row theater, which is in good shape
