  10. list. To do this, look at the ADDRESS LINE and use the following rules and

  157. doing the research for this project, I have found the postal employees to
  158. be very pleasant and most helpful.

  160.     Above all, remember that Delivery Point Bar Codes and ZIP+4 will speed
  161. mail along its route. However, incorrect ZIP and Delivery Point codes will
  162. speed your letter to the WRONG PLACE, and it could take forever to find its
  163. way back.
