  4. You will need the Visual Basic 32 bit runtime library, VB40032.dll which is available at most shareware archives, try ftp.simtel.net or ftp.cdrom.com
  5. Copy VB40032.dll to your \windows\system directory.

  7. To install, just run SETUP.EXE, or install from the Control Panel, "Add and Remove Programs", then click on the Install button. Browse to the directory you extracted to and choose "Setup.exe"

  9. A  visual utility for web page authors to derive the hex values for the background, text and links. 
  10. This utility will calculate the individual hex values for the background, text and links (link,active and visited).
  11. It also calculates the <BODY> statement for use in your HTML documents.

  14. A HTML preview option that loads up a HTML document where you can see your document with the color settings you choose in ColorHexer.
  15. The previewer only works with the HTML 2.x specifications (plus Netscape 2.0 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0 extensions)
  16. It ignores JavaScript, Java, VBScript and also the background image of a document.

  18. This software is FREEWARE, no registration and no money involved (although donations graciously accepted)!
