  3.     Some people think that Calhoon added this unlikely room just as a
  4. place where the flashlight could be found.  One version of the program
  5. had the word "flashlight" in the room description but it was removed
  6. for this version because that makes it too easy.
  7.     The flashlight is an unusual one.  It's so old that it has a chain
  8. rather than a switch -- pull chain to toggle the light on and off --
  9. but it uses modern batteries.  As in all adventure games you need to
  10. preserve the batteries by keeping the flashlight off except when
  11. needed.
