  8. Droege first contacted me. He had this
  9. wild idea about bringing together the
  10. NTSC and PAL factions of the C-64
  11. world. These are technical standards
  12. (television), but also became social
  13. barriers.

  16. barriers to produce Scene World, a
  17. "Talking Disk" that brings together
  18. news from all corners of our globe.
