Cook the lasagne noodles in salted water until half done and then drain. Line the bottom of a well buttered baking dish with a layer of noodles, add a layer of diced mozzarella, chopped Italian sausage, sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, crumbled ricotta, and tomato sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with tomato sauce. Dot with butter and bake at about 375 F for 30 minutes or until done.{$7e}(Original recipe for 4)
