Question and Answers part 3

I would like to know why you do not
use the two column option on your
program printouts like you do on the
'Paperless Pages'. It would save much
paper and wouldn't spread the program
info around so much.

My problem is that I cannot get
the program "Scary Halloween" to load
on my C-128. The program "Circles"
loads and runs fine. What is the
problem?

Can you please explain how to copy
programs from the LOADSTAR disk to
another disk? I found MR. MAILMAN a
very interesting and useful program
for keeping phone lists in order, but
I can't get it to work completely.
After what I thought was a successful
copy and spending much time entering
addresses and phone numbers I found
that the program would not sort or
search. What am I doing wrong???

While I was enjoying my latest
issue (#18) Questions & Answers, I saw
a comment from another subscriber
regarding the music or rather the lack
of it on previous issues. I also did
not have music on that issue and
again it won't play on this issue.
I doubt if there is anything wrong
with our computers, as I can hear
music on other issues. I would
appreciate your looking into this,
as I suspect there are a good number
of people who have this problem.
Also, I use MACH 5 to load and run
Loadstar. I checked and the music
doesnt play if I load without Mach 5,
and I fully understand the keyboard
instructions- Quiet & Music.

I had a problem with a program in
the September issue of Power/Play. I
typed in "Force I" using the
proofreader and when I try to run the
program, it loads OK and I get the
title screen, but when I hit F1 to
play I get the start up screen and
then an out of memory error in 30070.
A friend of mine also typed in the
program and he can't get his to run
either. My subscription to Loadstar
started the month after the program
appeared in the magazine. What bad
luck!
