- Selecting text
- --------------
-
- Selecting text is a procedure by which a continous portion of text
- may be marked out for operations such as cut and copy.
-
- Text is selected by moving the mouse pointer to the location where
- the desired text selection starts. The left mouse button is
- depressed and the mouse moved (with the button still depressed) to
- where the selection terminates. The button is then released.
- During selection, the mouse pointer should change shape. Once the
- text has been selected the mouse pointer changes back to it's
- original shape.
