  3.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  4.   the  editor  package  GoldED,  release  4  or later. You agree to
  5.   accept this licence. Violations of any of the topics  below  will
  6.   terminate   your   rights   to  use  or  otherwise  handle  (e.g.
  7.   distribute) the package.

  9.   You may not duplicate, distribute,  hire  or  sell  a  registered
  10.   GoldED  package  or  GoldED  keyfiles.  Keyfiles  are  ©1995-1996
  11.   Dietmar Eilert. You may not distribute original  GoldED  keyfiles
  12.   nor    are   you   allowed   to   create,   use   or   distribute
  13.   reverse-engineered  keyfiles.  Distribution  of  keyfiles  is   a
  14.   violation  of  copyright  laws  and  will  be  prosecuted  by the
  15.   copyright owner(s).

  17.   The unregistered trial version version may be made available  for
  18.   downloading  by online services - e.g. ftp sites - if the package
  19.   is made available free of charge. No other forms of  distribution
  20.   are  allowed  unless  you have written permision of the copyright
  21.   owners, including, but not limited to,  CD  ROM  distribution  or
  22.   distribution  on  cover  disks. A distribution licence for GoldED
  23.   can be purchased from the copyright owner(s).

  25.   The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  26.   distribution  at  any time if a distributor fails to obey to this
  27.   licence.

  29.   You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the
  30.   compilation,  you  may  not modify, reverse-engineer or translate
  31.   files and you may not add or remove files. You are not allowed to
  32.   distribute  translations of material found in this package unless
  33.   authorized by the  copyright  owner(s).  All  translation  rights
  34.   reserved.

  36.   The copyright owner(s) provide this program "as is".  The  entire
  37.   risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)
  38.   won't be liable for damages to you - whether they arise from  the

  57.   Diese   Nutzungslizenz    betrifft    alle    Bestandteile    des
  58.   GoldED-Paketes  (Programme, Handbücher) ab Programmversion 4. Sie
  59.   erklären sich einverstanden, die  Bedingungen  dieser  Lizenz  zu
  60.   akzeptieren.  Verletzung eines der folgenden Punkte beendet jedes
  61.   Nutzungsrecht inklusive Vertrieb.

  63.   Sie dürfen ein registriertes GoldED-Paket  sowie  GoldED-Keyfiles
  64.   weder  vervielfältigen,  vertreiben,  verleihen  noch  verkaufen.
  65.   Keyfiles unterliegen dem Urheberrecht (©1995-1996 Dietmar Eilert)
  66.   und  dürfen  weder weitergegeben noch sonstwie Dritten zugänglich
  67.   gemacht  werden.  Herstellung,  Benutzung  oder  Vertrieb   nicht
  68.   autorisierter  Keyfiles und Reverse-Engineering des Keyfiles sind
  69.   untersagt. Zuwiderhandlungen stellen  eine  Verletzung  geltender
  70.   Urheberrechtsgesetze dar und werden entsprechend verfolgt.

  72.   Die unregistrierte Prüfversion darf  von  Online-Diensteanbietern
  73.   zum  Download  angeboten  werden, wenn die Software kostenlos zum
  74.   Abruf bereitgestellt wird. Alle anderen Vertriebsformen sind ohne
  75.   ausdrückliche  schriftliche Genehmigung nicht zulässig, inlusive,
  76.   aber nicht beschränkt auf, Vertrieb über CD-ROM oder Vertrieb auf
  77.   Cover-Disks.  Vertriebslizenzen können bei den Copyright-Inhabern
  78.   erworben werden.

  80.   Die  Copyright-Inhaber  behalten  sich  das  Recht   vor,   einem
  81.   Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich
  82.   dieser nicht an die Bedingungen dieser Lizenz hält.

  84.   Sie dürfen das Paket nicht modifizieren. Dies betrifft sowohl die
  85.   Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  86.   Dateien    entfernt     noch     neue     hinzugefügt     werden.
  87.   Reverse-Enginieering  ist untersagt. Übersetzung von Material aus
  88.   diesem Paket und Vertrieb des  übersetzten  Materials  sind  ohne
  89.   ausdrückliche  schriftliche  Genehmigung  nicht  gestattet.  Alle
  90.   Übersetzungsrechte vorbehalten.

  92.   Die Copyright-Inhaber stellen dieses Programm 'so wie es ist' zur
  93.   Verfügung.  Das  Nutzungsrisiko  liegt  beim Anwender, sofern vom
  94.   geltende  Recht  nicht  anders  geregelt.  Die  Copyright-Inhaber
  95.   werden nicht für Schäden verantwortlich sein, die aus der Nutzung
  96.   bzw. der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung dieser Software entstehen,  ob
