  1.   Sound Off! was created because I felt there was a need to have
  2.   sounds available in Batch Files, and also to command line test
  3.   some sounds for programming. As I could not find a program to do
  4.   what I wanted, I wrote one. And now you have it!

  6.   Sound Off! is undergoing changes and additions all the time, this
  7.   file will list them in newest to oldest.
  8.   You can see that for a period there, the changes/additions were
  9.   fast and furious!
