- CVTCLIKS is a utility to convert clicks to measure/beat and vice versa.
- I developed it to help me clean up Winsong's interpretations of certain
- sequences I made. But I have found it to be useful in other applications
- and, so, I am offering it to everyone. It merely does calculations, so
- there is no danger in using them. Certainly, for my uses, I have had no
- problems.
-
- It will also run under Windows (at least version 1.03) but it is NOT a
- Windows program. The way I have been using it is to have it run on my
- IBM PC while I run Windows on my AT clone. (I also have programmed my
- HP-15C calculator with the formulas used in the calculations so that I don't
- need both computers).
-
- Once invoked, you move around the data fields with the <Tab> key. There are
- two modes you can use: clicks to measure/beat and measure/beat to clicks.
- Press 'C' for clicks to measure/beat and 'M' for the other. <Esc> will quit
- the program. In the future this program will be a TSR so that it can be
- invoked from a sequencer or whatever.
