  1.                          D10 Voice Editor License Agreement

  4.         It is agreed that the D10 voice editor software will be used on
  5.         only one computer at a time. Copies can be made to install it on
  6.         the below user's computer, and Archival copies can also be made,
  7.         but only for Backup purposes.  Giving or Selling Copies to other
  8.         users is specifically prohibited. This software is Copyrighted
  9.         and unauthorized duplication is against the law.
  10.  
  11.         Limited Warranty
  12.  
  13.         It is expressly understood that the D10 voice editor software is
  14.         accepted as is. Bugs may exist in the software and may or may not
  15.         be fixed by the system developer. Upgrade fees may be charged by
  16.         the developer for fixes to existing bugs and for enhancements to
  17.         the software. Implied warranties concerning fitness for any specific
  18.         purpose are specifically excluded.
  19.  
  20.         If the diskette the software is delivered on should be damaged
  21.         upon receipt by the purchaser, a reasonable effort will be made
  22.         to provide a copy that is not damaged.
  23.  
  24.         Except as expressly set forth above, there is no other warranty
  25.         expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied
  26.         warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  28.         Some States do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the
  29.         above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific 
  30.         legal rights, and you may also have other rights that very from state
  31.         to state.

  33.         In no event, will David A. Chaloux be liable to you or any other
  34.         person for any damages, whether consequential or incidental.
  35.  
  36.         If any part of the above agreement is void, the rest is agreed
  37.         to be still valid.

  39.         All upgrades to this program are also to be covered by the above
  40.         agreement.
