<p><font size="5"><b><i>General Rule</i></b></font></p>
<p><font size="3">Each Player receives reinforcements
periodically throughout the game. These are placed on the map
during the Reinforcement Phase of each Player-Turn.</font></p>
<p><font size="5"><b><i>Where Reinforcements Arrive</i></b></font></p>
<p><font size="3">Japanese Reinforcements may either enter at
the north map edge, arriving by road from Siam, or enter as
naval reinforcements in the Japanese Off-Map port (they are
stationed in ports in Indochina).</font></p>
<p><font size="3">Commonwealth Reinforcements arrive at
Singapore only.</font></p>
<p><font size="5"><b><i>Restrictions</i></b></font></p>
<p><font size="3">There are no </font><a href="rules_zoc.htm"><font
size="3">Stacking</font></a><font size="3"> restriction
during reinforcements, but Stacking will be checked at the
end of the Reinforcement Phase. The Reinforcement Phase will
not end as long as overstacked hexes exist.</font></p>
<p><font size="3">There is no stacking restriction in the
Japanese Off-Map area.</font></p>
<p><font size="5"><b><i>Procedure</i></b></font></p>
<p><font size="3">The game mechanisms control every aspect of
units reinforcements ; when a unit is about to enter the map
as reinforcement, all its reachable reinforcement areas are
displayed on the map. This way, units can't deploy on
forbidden locations.</font></p>
<ul>
<li><font color="#80FF80" size="3">At the start of the
Reinforcement Phase, every Friendly reinforcement
unit is added to the Reinforcement Panel of the
playing area</font></li>
<li><font color="#80FF80" size="3">If no unit is
selected, clicking on an Available unit will select
it and display its reachable reinforcement areas</font></li>
<li><font color="#80FF80" size="3">If a unit is selected,
clicking on any hex of its reachable reinforcement
area will deploy the unit to that hex. That unit will
then be marked as Reinforced.</font></li>
<li><font color="#80FF80" size="3">If a unit is selected,
clicking on it again will cancel its selection. [Esc
Key]</font></li>
<li><font color="#80FF80" size="3">If no unit is
selected, clicking on a unit that was previously
deployed will abort its deployment</font> </li>
</ul>

Phase, all undeployed units will return as Reinforcements for
the next turn !</strong></font></p>
