  43.     Malaya</strong></font><font size="3"> is basically a
  44.     two-player game. It is played in sequenced turns called
  45.     Game-Turns, during which Players move units on the map, have
  46.     combat, and attempt to achieve certain objectives. Victory is
  47.     based upon comparative strength losses levels and the capture
  48.     of Singapore at the end of the game, as well as taken
  49.     options.</font></p>
  50.     <p><font size="3">Each of the 21 Game-Turns (for the Campaign
  51.     game) is split into two Player-Turns. Notice that the game
  52.     may end earlier if the Japanese captures Singapore (will
  53.     happen most often in fact). Each Player-Turn is divided into
  54.     Phases. All actions must be taken in proper sequence (the
  55.     game mechanisms controls this for you). The Player whose
  56.     Player-Turn is in progress is termed the Phasing Player. The
  57.     Japanese player always plays first, and deploys second. Each
  58.     Game-Turn proceeds as follows:</font></p>
