  5.      To print the BULKMAIL manual from this disk to your printer:

  7.        1.  Make  sure your printer is turned on and loaded with paper.  Set the
  8.        print head at the top of the paper.
  9.  
  10.        The manual is about 70 pages long, so be sure there's enough paper.

  12.        2.  Once everything is ready, type:
  13.  
  14.                              copy bulkmail.man prn<Enter>
  15.  
  16. If the manual doesn't paginate properly, stop your printer, read the file,
  17. "printer.doc", by typing "type printer.doc", and follow the instructions
  18. included there.

  20. VIRUS PROTECTION:
  21.     We've included a file named, "checksum.lst".  This file contains checksums
  22.     for all executable files, obtained with the program, "sum.exe", which
  23.     has also been included.  To run the program, type, "sum filename", where
  24.     "filename" is the name of the file to be summed.  If you don't get the
  25.     checksum totals contained in "checksum.lst", someone may have tampered with
  26.     the system.

  28.     This method isn't a sure thing.  If someone works on the package and then
  29.     re-sums the results, we can't vouch for the product.
