  20. EZ-SpreadSheet is designed to be an easy to use but powerful
  21. spreadsheet for the first time user.  Many experienced
  22. spreadsheet users will find the straight-forward implementation
  23. of commands easy to understand and logical.
  24.  
  25. I am trying to make this package user friendly and think I have
  26. done so in most cases.  Please feel free to pass ANY suggestions
  27. for improvement or bug reports to me at MaeDae Enterprises.  I
  28. need your support to turn EZ-SpreadSheet into a truly useful
  29. tool.

  31. New capabilities in EZ-SpreadSheet rev A.11:
  32. - Error checking on the financial functions has been greatly
  33.   expanded.  All the financial functions will now return a error
  34.   message (ERR) if any of the numbers are incorrect.  Before this
  35.   change, EZ-SpreadSheet would go ahead and calculate the formula
  36.   with bad inputs and display an incorrect result without a warning.
  37. New changes in EZ-SpreadSheet rev A.12:
  38. - The windowing package has been greatly speeded up.  Windows will
  39.   now appear much faster.
  40. - Some users reported seeing "snow" on their monitors because of the
  41.   windowing package.  The display adapter is now turned off during the
  42.   drawing of windows to prevent this "snow".
  43. - Minor updates to the text on several of the windows.
  44. New changes in EZ-SpreadSheet for rev A.13:
  45. - Added additional error checking on the math functions.
  46. - Updated manual to correct a couple of documentation errors.

  48. Please note that MaeDae Enterprises also has one of the best
  49. forms processors on the market (I think it is the best, but I
  50. could be biased).  It is called EZ-Forms and provides a complete
  51. program to allow you to design, fill-out, save, and print all
  52. kinds of forms.  See the Register.EZS worksheet for more details
  53. on ordering EZ-Forms and EZ-SpreadSheet.

  55. EZ-Forms  and EZ-SpreadSheet now their own section on the Yellow
  56. Rose bulletin board (713-326-2999).  An area has been set aside
  57. to carry the latest version of EZ-Forms and EZ-SpreadSheet and
  58. act as a focal point for users to swap forms.  I will keep the
  59. latest version of EZ-Forms on this board along with additional
  60. forms.  Check out this board, it is one of the best one in
  61. Houston.

  63. The latest version of EZ-Forms and EZ-SpreadSheet is also
  64. available on the General Electric Network for Information
  65. Exchange (GEnie) in area 3, applications section, of the
  66. IBM PC bulletin board.  I will continue to upload EZ-Forms
  67. and EZ-SpreadSheet to GEnie as new versions of these programs
  68. become available.  GEnie has file areas for the different PCs and
  69. has been VERY good about posting updated versions of EZ-Forms.
  70. GEnie can be accessed throughout the country at local numbers ($5
  71. per hour).  The current number for GEnie information is 1-800-
  72. 638-9636, ext. 21.

  74. If you find any bugs in EZ-SpreadSheet please take the  time to
  75. fill out a bug report and mail it to me.   I will try  to fix any
  76. bugs as quickly as possible.  The first 5 users who report each
  77. bug will receive the fixed version of EZ-SpeadSheet as soon as I
  78. can correct the bug.  If you are a registered user, I will mail
  79. out both diskettes of the two disk set.  Otherwise, you will
  80. receive only diskette number one (the shareware version).

  82. Please help distribute EZ-SpreadSheet.  Pass copies to friends
  83. and upload it to your local bulletin boards.  Any suggestions for
  84. improving EZ-SpreadSheet would be very much appreciated.
