Pendulous: An interesting strategy wargame for Windows 3.1. Up to four players (human or computer) can compete. A Russian Front scenario is included, and a built-in scenario editor is provided. The game play allows for a wide variety of strategies, and each game lasts from 15 to 30 minutes.
