  2. permission I will start the Technical Briefing. We have
  3. upgraded your ordnance capacity on the Havok missile
  4. launcher to twelve Havoks per missile pack. We have also
  5. upgraded the Type I Fusion grenade to six grenades per
  6. pack. Two new defensive systems have been developed, sir.
  7. The first is the ShieldGen unit. This connects onto one of
  8. your hardpoints and uses a secondary fusion core to power
  9. the shields. It allows the shields to regenerate twice as
  10. fast when it's activated. We have also developed a Combat
  11. neurolink. This cybernetic implant into the armor's battle
  12. logic circuitry scans enemy targets and pinpoints weakened
  13. areas. When used in conjunction with a PPC, it doubles the
  14. amount of damage you do. If you don't mind me saying so,
  15. sir, there isn't a more powerful weapon than the 100 watt
  16. PPC coupled with a Combat neurolink, period. We recommend
  17. that you include this in your arsenal always. There isn't
  18. much else, sir. We're busy trying to keep up with Skynet's
  19. improvements on its battlefield forces. With your
  20. permission, I will get busy on trying to upgrade some of
