What you can do to help us if the crash took place during gameplay:
If you got a critical error message, then send us the file P.OUT
that should have the error message. Save the file before running the
game again because it gets rewritten every time you run the game.
If the gameplay will not even run, then instead of launching the game
from the menu, do the following:
p f pgoo d
After the crash, save the file pdiag.txt. This file will tell us just
what it was doing when the crash occurred.
