Good question. Not a great deal, really, unless you live
in the anachronistic Xenozoic age.
Six centuries from now, in a post apocalyptic future,
what remains of mankind struggles to survive
alongside dinosaurs.
Based on the popular graphic novels of Mark
Schultz, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs postulates this
desperate struggle for survival.
The idea is that you play Jack "Cadillac" Tenrec, who
must drive his trusty red ΓÇÿ53 through 10 levels of
cataclysmic danger, accompanied by his girl, Hannah
Dundee.
All manner of natural hazards have to be dealt with,
as well as some truly un-natural ones, such as mutant
poachers - and the appearance of monstrously proportioned dinosaurs is pretty much on the cards. Your eventual objective is to stop a second disaster of catastrophic proportions occurring on Earth.
David Fox (of LucasArts fame) created the story, but Mark Schultz has approved it, so fans of the comics shouldnΓÇÖt be disappointed. Full screen, authentic comic book style animations have been promised - just take a glance at the screen shots.
Cadillacs and Dinosaurs again uses the game science system, and is due for simultaneous release on both PC and Mega-CD formats at the start of next year.
