  5. Note that ALL NeST Host/Region systems must carry the file areas marked
  6. with '*' at all times, this is to ensure proper file transfer between the
  7. regional NeST member systems.

  9.       '*' Indicates compulsory file echo.
  10.       '%' Indicates compulsory for Specific Region
  11.       '#' Important File echo for ALL intergalactic S.E.E Nodes.
  12.       '?' Unsure of status. Can someone tell me if these are still used?
  13.           If I don't hear from anyone in a reasonable time then I will
  14.           delete these automatically.
