  18. The following application form should be completed with as much detail
  19. as possible and sent to the SysOp of the bulletin board  that the form
  20. was obtained from. The SysOp will then forward the completed applica -
  21. tion form to the NeST Region Coordinator for processing.

  23. You will be notified as soon as possible as to whether your membership
  24. application has been accepted by the NeST Region Coordinator.

  26. If the application has been successful,  your details will be added to
  27. the next NeSTList.
