  7. 2IN1E111  Two-in-One version 1.11 [ENGLISH version!] Archive shell and
  8.           manager for the Atari ST/STe/TT/Falcon that supports ARC, ARJ,
  9.           LZH, ZIP, and ZOO.  Includes a text viewer module.  Can be used
  10.           as a GEM application or called from a CLI. (ZIPed)
  11. ARC521E   ARC version 5.21e by System Enhancement Associates, Inc. (ported to
  12.           the Atari ST by Howard Chu.  This is a full version (compress and
  13.           decompress) and although it is not the newest, many people report it
  14.           is needed for a few rare ARC files that won't extract under version
  15.           6.02.
  16. ARC602    ARC version 6.02 by System Enhancement Associates, Inc. (ported to
  17.           the ATari ST by Howard Chu).  This is the latest PD/Shareware
  18.           version of ARC.  It is 100% compatible with ARC 6.02 on other
  19.           computer platforms.
  20. ARJPACK   ARJ program packer, TEST version, by Jiri Lamac.  It is intended to
  21.           eventually be a full ARJ archiver.  This TEST version isn't fully
  22.           functinal; it is limited for use only with programs shorter than
  23.           about 60 kB of TEXT+DATA+BSS sections.
  24. ARJ_990   (UN)ARJ version 9.90β, rev. 2.000 by the TOS crew.  Claims to be 100%
  25.           compatible with R.Jung's ARJ.EXE for IBM.  Special features: password
  26.           protection, multiple volumes, diskette user support, extra verbose,
  27.           on-line manual, extended repair options, complete output redirection
  28.           UNTESTED!
  29. COMPRE43  Compress version 4.3 is an archiver often used in conjunction with
  30.           *.TAR files and other files that originate on Unix systems.  It is a
  31.           full function, stand alone archiver/unarchiver.
  32. CWAC3_02  CWAC (Cool Wave Archive Converter) version 3.02 by Lee Offenberger is
  33.           a tool that automates the conversion of archive files from one format
  34.           to another.  convert between ARC/ARJ/LZH/ZIP/ZOO formats.
  35. ESSCD61   ESS-Code version 6.1 by Michel Forget.  This program supports the
  36.           four popular methods of Unix style file conversions/encoding;
  37.           UUEncoding/UUDecoding, MIME-Encoding/MIME-Decoding, BTOA-Encoding/
  38.           BTOA-Decoding, and SHIP-Encoding/ SHIP-Decoding.  Since each of these
  39.           conversion methods is an accepted standard, there are a wide variety
  40.           of encoding/decoding utilities for every computer platform.

  42. IMPL_204  Imploid archive utility version 2.04 by Markus Dobler is a packer
  43.           shell for use with GEMINI.  The program is in GERMAN.
  44. LAZAZ162  LAZAZ! version 1.62 by Andreas Papula is a shell for LHarc, ARC, ZOO,
  45.           ARJ & ZIP.  The program and docs are in German.
  46. LAZY1     LAZy-Shell version 1.0 by Oliver Michalak is a Gem based archiver
  47.           shell for all archiver types.  The program and all docs are in
  48.           German.
  49. LHA310    LHarc version 3.10 by Christian Grunenberg and others, based on LZH
  50.           2.01l and using the same commands but with additional switches, the
  51.           more extensive UNIX wildcards, a built in GEM-interface and support
  52.           for self-extracting files!  It is spectacularly faster.  Contains
  53.           ENLGISH ands GERMAN docs.  Shareware!
  54. LHASH126  A GEM based LZH (LHARC) Packershell by Braendli Otto is a shell for
  55.           use with LHarc.  All docs are in German but the program is easy to
  56.           figure out and use.  Makes using LHarc less of a hassle.  Try it!
  57. LHSH1021  LHarc Shell version 1.021 by Andreas Bölt is a shell for most
  58.           archivers.  The program and docs are in German.
  59. LHWRK100  LHArc-Work-Utility version 1.0 by Andreas Bölt is a utility program
  60.           that will test LZH archives and convert between ARC, ZOO, ZIP, ARJ,
  61.           and LZH.  The program and docs are in German.
  62. LHX       LHX by Mark Armbrust can be used to list the contents of an LHARC
  63.           archive, test the integrity of an archive, scan a damaged archive to
  64.           look for recoverable files, and to extract files from an archive.  It
  65.           will *ONLY* recover lh1 format files
  66. LZH201L   LZH (LHarc) version 2.01L by Thomas Quester is latest version of
  67.           LHarc from Thomas Quester.  It was written in 100% assembly language.
  68.           The program and docs are in German.  Shareware.
  69. LZH201LE  Complete **ENGLISH** documentation for Thomas Quester's LZH version
  70.           201x.
  71. MDEPK2_0  Mega DePak version 2.0 by Mike Watson.  Will unpak files that have
  72.           been packed by the following packers: 4 Pak, Atomic, Automation,
  73.           Branch Always Packer, Byte Killer, DC Squish, plus MANY MORE!
  74. MSA_2_3   Magic Shadow Archiver version 2.3 allows you to create an image of a
  75.           floppy disk as a file on a hard drive - which can be restored to
  76.           another floppy later on.  Version 2.3 adds the following new
  77.           features: Runs in all resolutions under all TOS versions (even
  78.           MultiTOS), works on the Falcon030, can be run as a PRG or as an ACC!
  79. MULTIV15  Multi Depacker version 1.5 by MUG UK can unpak files that were packed
  80.           with several packers including: Atomic, Automation, Ice Packer, Fire
  81.           Packer, JAM Packer, Pompey Pirates, and Speed Packer.  Supports 21
  82.           different packers, which makes a total of 47 different file types
  83.           that can be loaded in, depacked and saved out again !!
  84. NABOB_ST  NABOB (New Archive by BOB) Very good archiver, ported from PC, much
  85.           better than ZIP/LZH/ARC.  Give it a try!
  86. NEWDPAK1  New Depack version 1.0 by Mike Watson is the latest version of the
  87.           popular utility Mega Depack.  It's been a long time in coming, has
  88.           changed names and looks different but is now brimming with more
  89.           packers, more features and improved reliability.  New Depack is quite
  90.           simply a file de-compressor. It allows you to load in a file and if
  91.           packed save it out again. 
  92. PACD_254  PacShell version 2.54 by Holger Weets - a GEM shell for various
  93.           archivers: Zip, Zoo, Lzh, Arc.  German documentation, but the
  94.           program has 100% English text/menus.  Shareware (20
  95.           DM).(ZIPed)
  96. PFXPAK    PFXPAK Programm-Packer version 1.0 by Thomas Quester is a nice
  97.           utility that will take an executable program and apply LZH
  98.           compression to it BUT the packed program will STILL BE EXECUTABLE.
  99.           Similar to DC Squish but with MUCH BETTER COMPRESSION!  All docs are
  100.           in German.
  101. PKSH216M  GEM-PackerShell version 2.15 by Otto Braendli is a shareware GEM
  102.           based shell that makes using various archivers a much easier task.
  103.           All docs are in German.
  104. PKUNARC   PKUnarc - extracts files from an ARC archive. HANDLES Squashed
  105.           (PKARCed) FILES !!!  It is more robust than ARC.TTP which has been
  106.           known to crash on rare occasions.  It is faster than ARC.TTP, but
  107.           slower than DCOPY191.
  108. SFX_LZH   Self-Extracting LZH File Creator version 1.5 by Stefan Gross (dated
  109.           10/9/89).  This program turns any .LZH file into a .TOS file that
  110.           will auto-extract when run.  Contains original German docs as well as
  111.           English docs.
  112. STZIP26   ST ZIP version 2.6 by Vincent Pomey is an archiver that is 100%
  113.           compatible with PKZip 2.04 on the IBM PC, and the Unix Info-Zip
  114.           programs Zip 1.9/Unzip 5.0.  It features a full GEM interface.
  115.           Postcardware!  (EVERYONE should register this one)
  116. ST_TAR    TAR and UNTAR for the ST.  Tar is a data compression format used by
  117.           Unix systems.  If you get many files from Internet sites you will
  118.           probably come across some TARed files.
  119. ULTIPACK  The Ultimate Packer Shell version 1.30 by Robert Stupp.  Makes using
  120.           LHArc, ZIP, ARC, ARJ, ZOO a simple, straightforward task.  The
  121.           program and docs are in German.  Shareware!
  122. UNAR241C  ARJ depacker version 1.03α by Insh_Allah & Mr Ni! (TOS-crew) - it is
  123.           a direct port of Robert Jung's UNARJ version 2.41C.  It supports
  124.           nearly *ALL* ARJ (R.Jung) options as far as depacking/viewing/testing
  125.           is concerned.  Junior versions for German & English + documentation
  126.           are included in this folder.
  127. UNARJ221  UnArj version 2.21 by Jiri Lamac is a modified version of Robert K.
  128.           Jung's UNARJ 2.20.  It is now very highly optimized in assembly
  129.           language.  All important routines are completely rewritten.  UNARJ
  130.           now works over three times faster (you can compare it with UNARJ on
  131.           any PC ;-).
  132. UNARJST   UnArj version 1.00 by Jon Webb.  UnArj was ported to Atari ST using
  133.           the sources supplied with the PC version of ARJ 2.00.  It can be used
  134.           to extract archives created  with the ARJ archiver on the PC.  These
  135.           archives have an extention of .ARJ.
  136. UNARJ_S1  UNARJ version 2.30 by Gero Zahn.  This version was compiled with
  137.           the ST version of Turbo C and was based on Robert K. Jung's
  138.           original UNARJ code.  Contains both German and English docs (in
  139.           the same file).  Includes complete source code. (ZIPed)
  140. UNSIT     UNSIT version 1.5 by Allen G. Weber (Ported to the ST by Alan
  141.           Hamilton).  This program will extract archived files that were
  142.           created using the Macintosh program known as Stuffit.
  143. UNSIT151  UNSIT version 1.5a by Allen G. Weber (Ported to the ST by Alan
  144.           Hamilton).  This program will extract archived files that were
  145.           created using the Macintosh program known as Stuffit.
  146. WWTAR     Tar archiver - ported to the Atari ST by Wolfgang Wander - includes
  147.           some extra functions.  Program and docs are in German.
  148. XTRCT063  X-Tract version 0.63 by Manfred Ssykor is yet another shell for
  149.           LHarc.  Program and docs are in German.
  150. ZOO21_4   ZOO version 2.1 Release by Rahul Dhesi and Gereon Steffens is a full
  151.           Atari ST port of the ZOO archiver.  Will create and/or extract *.ZOO
  152.           archives.
