  1. TT2STHI is small auto folder utility which will make a TT with colour monitor
  2. switch to ST high resolution. Note that it will only do this if:
  3.  
  4. - the original resolution was ST low (this should prevent problems with
  5.   TT HiResmonitors).
  6. - the TT video cookie is found (this should prevent action on a ordinary
  7.   ST or STe)
  8.   
  9. The actual resolution change is done with a classic setscreen. The
  10. current version of Turbo C (2.03) does not seem to support the set
  11. and getshift routine's correctly. For some reason I do not understand I
  12. had to set the colours 254 and 255 by hand. Otherwise I might end up with
  13. a green screen. I suppose there are nicer ways. But this works to let
  14. me use bootselection software in STHiRes.
