1200_75 A driver that will let you use the 1200/75 split rate that is (was?)
common in many European systems. The program and all documentation
is in German.
ACAPTURE Auto-Capture version 1.0 by Stuart Coates is a small utility that
sits in your AUTO folder and loads when you boot your machine. Auto
Capture will intercept all data that comes into your machine via the
serial (RS232) port and write it to a disk file before passing it
transparently to your communications program.
ALAD15A Alladin is an "auto-navigator" for the GEnie commercial service. It
will save you time and money by automating your sessions and
navigating through the menus faster than you could manually. It can
capture messages and let you read and reply to them offline and will
upload your replys the next time you log on.
ANSI190 ANSITerm version 1.9 by Timothy Miller is a 100% ANSI VT-102
compatible terminal program that supports full 16 colors, blinking
text, with 80 columns. Supports X-modem, Y-modem, and Z-modem
transfers (using XYZ.TTP). Full mouse support and menu bars.
AutoDialer with separate options for every entry. Capture buffer.
ANSIFONT Here is an improved ANSI chacter set designed by Tom D'Ambrosio for
use with ANSIterm version 1.90 for the Atari ST/STe. The overall
appearance of many characters has been improved, and many ANSI
specific characters that were either incorrect or missing were fixed
as well.
BUSYBPRG Busy Buddy is a desk accessory that continually executes key presses
to keep you from being logged of a BBS due to inactivity during a
short absence from the keyboard (like a trip to restroom).
CALTIM31 Bob's CallTime version 3.1 by Bob Areddy. This program will call the
Naval Observatory in Washington D.C. to set your ST's clock to the
correct time. They have a computer set up just spitting out the time
in military format and the date in Julian format. Includes the
source code.
COMA_210 CoMa Voice version 2.10 is a complete Voice/FAX/FTP send and receive
package. The receive portion is shareware (fully working - try it
before you sned in the fee) and the send portion is crippleware (it
won't work until you send in the shareware fee). Supports all the
major protocols (class 2.0 fax, etc). The program and the docs are
all in German.
CONN246E CoNnect version 2.46 by Wolfgang Wander is a shareware terminal
program for the ATARI ST/STE/TT/Falcon series, which will run under
(nearly) any resolution and operating system similar to ATARI TOS. It
allows a very good emulation of VT52, VT100, VT102/ANSI, VT220 and
TEK4014 Terminals. You can use it on all serial and midi ports of
your system and even in parallel. This is an ENGLISH version. Mr.
Wander has a U.S. rep who will collect the shareware fee.
CONN_COL A replacement COLOR resource file for use with Wolfgang Wander's
CoNnect terminal program.
CQWKE26 Captain's QWK version 2.6e by Dirk Hoeschen is an offline mail reader
for the Atari that lets you download QWK packets from your local bbs.
QWK is an easy and cheap way, to read, enter and reply to messages on
your local BBS without being online. In many BBSes it's possible to
tag the message areas you are interested in and have the BBS to pack
a QWK-mailbundle. Captain's QWK will process those bundles for you.
CTSPATCH CTS Patch by Bill Penner is a program to fix the TOS 1.4 RS-232
RTS/CTS handshaking problem. The program can be run as an auto
folder program (placed in the AUTO folder and booted) or run when
beginning to use RTS/CTS handshaking.
DIALER TDK Dialer version 1.1 (ACC/APP) & TDK Dialer version 2.0 (TTP). TDK
Dialer can dial your favourite numbers using a normal phone. It can
store 8 presets so you don't have to worry about memorizing a number.
It works on your good old ST, so no DMA or DSP Hardware is needed.
And last but not least it's..... P O S T C A R D W A R E.
DMJ_1_0 DMJ TERM 1.0 (Pre-release version) by Damien M. Jones. This is an
INCOMPLETE terminal program; many things remain to be done. However
it does have an IBM character set so you can look at the screens of
your local IBM based bulletin boards. This will at least give you an
idea of what the finished version will "feel" like.
DTERM_1 Dterm was written to replace ST-Term as the terminal program
availible from inside FoReM BBS but it works well as a stand alone
term program. Dterm is fast and easy to use, because it uses Gem and
is powerful with alot of the better protocols built-in. One of the
nicest features of Dterm is Auto Zmodem. Shareware from Don Pefley.
FAXFIND Faxfind by Michael Thänitz is a small utility program that makes your
floppy drive (A:) indicator light flash when you are receiving a fax.
The program and documentation are both in German.
FBILL231 FizzBill version 2.31 by STeve Basford is a program that will keep

FreezeDried Terminal. It will to try and give you an idea of just
how much money it's costing you for your comms 'fix'.
FSER096B Fast_Ser by Franz Sirl is a low level serial port driver that
provides optomized high speed serial routines AND also provides a way
for you to set the SCC driven serial ports to 38400 and 57600.
Includes a replacement Modem cpx module and a text file describing a
bug in the Mega STe gals that prevents the SCC ports from working
properly. The program and all documentation is in German.

Aaron Hopkins is an external transfer driver that currently supports
Xmodem CRC, Xmodem 1K, Ymodem Batch, Ymodem-G Batch, and Fmodem
Batch. The commands are passed by way of a command line when
executed by being typed at a .TTP dialog or passed by a shell.
GSZRZS47 GSZRZ ZMODEM Program Package by Michael Ziegler for the ATARI ST/STe/
TT/Falcon30. The GSZRZ program package comprises the X/Y/ZMODEM file
transfer protocols that can be used in conjunction with almost any
telecommunication program including Rufus, CoNnect, Octopus, and
QuickBBS ST. GSZRZ can be used under Multi-TOS and MAG!X too!
HSMODA04 HSMOD by Harun Scheutzow. This package contains a set of optomized
high speed serial drivers for various types of serial ports. There
are versions for the standard ST (mfp driven) serial port, the Mega
STe/TT (scc driven) serial port, the Falcon030 (escc driven) serial
port, and some custom serial ports. Provides a way to set SCC/ESCC
driven ports to 38400, 57600, and 115200. English & German docs.

serial ports to be set to a higher baud rate than ist is supported by
TOS. The program and all documentation is in German.
HS_FIX14 HS_FIX - RTS/CTS-HandShake FIX version 1.4 by Pascal Fellerich. This
patch program fixes the flowcontrol bug that exists in older (pre
2.0x) versions of TOS. It is probably the best patch for older STs
running at 19200. All documentation is in German.
IBM_FONT A program that replaces the ST's character set with a standard IBM
font so you can view ansi type graphics while online with Flash 1.x.
Just load Flash and then hit the insert key and type EXEC
IBM_FONT.PRG - that's all there is to it.
IMHOV107 Ian's Memory Hungry OffLine Reader by Ian Print is a QWK reader. IMHO
runs in either high or medium resolution. It was designed for use on
a mono monitor - hence the lack of colour in medium resolution! IMHO,
as it's name implies, used to be rather memory hungry. It has now
been changed to a variable appetite (!) You can feed it with as much
or as little memory as you have available.
JEK139B5 Jekyll version 1.39B5 - the latest (and possibly the last) version of
the Jekyll transfer protocol. No docs or any readme files with this
update - it only contains the executable program.
JEKL138 Jekyll version 1.38 by Vincent Partington is a full duplex file
transfer protocol that allows your modem to send files both ways and
what's more: you can even chat with the other side at the same time
and the CPS rate won't drop noticably. It can even go up if you're
sending uncompressed files because Jekyll will compress them before
sending and decompress them automatically when receiving!
J_OFFICE Junior Office - a shareware fax system for the Atari. Allows you to
send ASCII, IMG, First Word +, and WordPerfect documents via a fax
modem. The program and all the documentation is in German.
KMTERM18 KM_Term version 1.81 by K. Millican is a VT52, VT100, & ANSI terminal
emulator for the Atari ST range of microcomputers. It will operate
in Hires 640 x 400 or Medium res 640 x 200 screen modes; it has been
tested on TOS 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6 (STe) and should operate happily on
systems with as little as 512KB of memory.
LINK315R ST-LiNK - The Line Noise Killer version 3.15 by Andy Inman. Link
does automatic error-correction of RS232 data, and is primarily
designed for BBS use. LiNK offers many of the advantages of an MNP
modem *without* the cost! Seperate data-compression modules (e.g.
Turbo2) work with LiNK to give increased throughput (a bit like
having a faster modem!).
MMST209C MaxiMiser version 2.09c by Shawn Smith - A QWK Compatible Offline
Message Reader that runs in either ST medium or ST high resolution
and requires a minimum of 512K of memory. Shareware!

program that will allow you to read and reply to messages that you
have downloaded from a BBS through a QWK compatible door such as
Qmail for the PC & Turbo Board ST or Maxidoor for Forem.
MYTERM My First Terminal version 1.0 by Koos Kuil (now famous for writing
the Octopus BBS). Written in Pure C v1.0 as a way to learn the C
programming language. Comes with complete C source code to the
program.
M_READ20 Mountain Reader II by Anthony Watson is an offline QWK mail reader
that will run on any Atari ST/STe/TT/Falcon computer, in any graphics
resolution (Color or Monochrome, 640x200 minimum resolution). A
minimum of 1 Meg RAM is required, with 2 Meg or more recommended.
This is a crippled demo. See the ORDER.TXT file for information on
shareware fees.
NEOCOM NeoCom by Michael Lundgren is a terminal program with the following
features: One of the best ANSI emulations on the Atari ST, Mouse
handled Macro functions, Advanced Window handling, 7 or 8 bit ASCII/
VT52/ANSI Emulation, A NEW BBS-menu interface (BMI), Capture buffer,
External Protocol handling, and more!
ROWDY The Rowdy Dialer version 1.1 by "RowdyB" is another tone generator/
phone dialer that uses the ST's built in sound chip to generate tones
that will dial your phone for you. Can be used as a "demon dialer".
RS_103A RTS/CTS Patch Fix Programm version 1.03A by Michael Bernards. Also
installs a larger (32K) i/o buffer for the serial port. Should make
high speed modems work much better.
RUFUS141 Rufus version 1.41 by Michael Bernards is a terminal program for the
ST/STe/TT/Falcon that features x-modem, y-modem, and z-modem, Ansi
and VT52 emulation, and a script language. All documentation is in

Offline Mail Reader. RWR will work with most QWK doors that are
popular on many bbs systems. RWR runs in ST Medium and ST High
resolution.
SERFX20 Serial Fix version 2.0 by Bill Penner and Bruce D. Noonan, M.D. is
a universal serial port patch for use on the ATARI ST/STe/TT
computers. Serial Fix now incorporates the TOS14FIX and SERPATCH
patches from ATARI, so no longer do you need several patch programs.
SERPTCH2 SERPTCH2.PRG by Allan Pratt, Atari Corp. All versions of Mega STe
TOS and TT TOS up to 2.05/3.05 have code in the BIOS to communicate
using the MFP and SCC serial ports. They all share a few problems.
This program fixes all of these problems. It is a TSR and can be run
at any time, but is best run from the AUTO folder.
STARC18W STarCall version 1.8w by Ingo Linkweiler is a terminal program for
the Atari ST that also has fax support built in. The program and
documentation are in German. Shareware.
STARC_BX StarBox - a MailBox program module for use with STarCall.
STARC_FX StarFax version - a new fax driver for use with STarCall.
STORM100 STorm version 1.00 by Alan Page (author of the original Flash) is a
GEM-based terminal program that runs in a window. Custom font and
text routines for high-speed operation. Has multiple editing windows
and capture buffer window that are resizable, and moveable. Full word
wrap is implemented. With MultiTOS, the number of windows is limited
only by available memory. MultiTOS compatible.
STORMUP1 Patch program to upgrade STorm version 1.00 to 1.01. Fixes MANY MANY
bugs in version 1.00.
STORMUP2 Patch program to upgrade STorm version 1.01 to version 1.02. Fixed a
nasty bug in version 1.01 concerning the cusor blink that would cause
crashes. You can now set the terminal cursor blink in the terminal
settings dialog.
STORMUPZ The file in this folder, ZMODEM.ZZP will patch STorm's ZMODEM.TRF
loadable file transfer module from version 1.00 to version 1.01.
Hopefully this will fix the ZMODEM download transfer problems some
people have been having with STorm.
STRIP1 STrip by Lars Kupferschläger is the first terminal program for the
Atari ST series of computers that supports the Remote Imaging
Protocol (RIP). RIP has been developed by TeleGraphics, a USA
Company and is a 7-bit ASCII transfer protocol for color graphics,
mouse control and more. Complete English and German docs.
ST_ANSI The ST_Ansi Emulator emulates a PC terminal, so you can play on-line
games and log-on to bulletin boards that only support Ansi. The main
reason this program was written was so the author could play Global
War, a popular door game on many IBM bbs systems.
TAZ Taz version 1.00 by Daryl Richards and Kevin Tessner is a full
featured terminal program for the Atari ST based loosely off of Telix
for the IBM PC. Features include the most commonly encountered
transfer protocols, Internal RS232 routines, providing reliable
high speed operation and flow control on any TOS, VT-52 and IBM ANSI
compatible emulations. TAZ also has special screen modes allowing for
16 colour 80x25 text in stock ST video modes.
TERMINAL Terminal by Chris Strevens is a packet radio terminal program. It is
a simple program to use, and will work on any TNC.
TMD2_0 The Modem Dialer version 2.0 by Wolfgang Wander. A desk accessory
which, as the name suggests, will dial numbers for you through your
modem. The program and all docs are in German.
TRAPDIO Trapido version 1.10D by Thorsten Bella and Kai Dornemann is a
very nice shareware terminal program from Germany. The program
has a mixture of English and German and there are no docs at all.

Atari ST, STE, TT & Falcon030. Supports full 16 colour ANSI & VT52
emulation (in minimum 16 colour 640x200 screen modes) with
intelligent ANSI in 4 or 2 colour modes. Now reads RAW ftn nodelists
using various search methods, also allows you to import numbers from
a nodelist into your dial directory.
TURBOCTS Turbo CTS version 1.32 by Bill Penner was the first widely used flow
control patch for TOS 1.0's RTS/CTS bug. This program is probably
not suitable for patching newer versions of TOS.
TURBORS TurboRS version 1.00. TurboRS itself is a hardware upgrade for the
Atari ST line of computers which boosts the maximum baud rate of the
ST serial port to 115200 baud. This release is meant to demonstrate
TurboRS functionality, and also to provide a reference for
programmers who wish to support it. The TurboRS hardware is required
to use the extended baud rates supported by this package.
T_GB1_10 This folder contains all the files needed to convert the Trapido
terminal program to ENGLISH.
USR_V34 This text file is a capture of the "ATI4" and "ATI7" screens from a
US Robotics V.34/VFC Dual Standard modem that is properly configured.

with 32 bit CRCs.
XYZACC A desk accessory version of Alan Hamilton's XYZ transfer driver
program.
YMG125 Ymodem-G (Batch) driver for the ST. Ymodem-G is one of the FASTEST
protocols to date. It will out transfer Xmodem, Ymodem, Ymodem
Batch, Kermit, Sliding Windows Xmodem, and even Zmodem. This alone
makes it very useful. This protocol uses a 16-bit CRC to make sure
that your data gets transferred correctly, but if an error should
occur, the transfer ABORTS.
ZIT ZIT - Zmodem Interface Transfer by Doyle C. Helms Jr. is a shell for
using XYZ.TTP. Set up your terminal to call ZIT instead of XYZ. ZIT
