  1.      Ansi Emulator emulates a PC terminal, so you can play on-line
  2. games and log-on to bulletin boards that only support Ansi. The main
  3. reason I wrote this was so I could play Global War on Empire BBS 0473-
  4. 683215 and Whizkid BBS 0473-286570.

  6.      This is a very simple comms package, it doesn't aloow you to
  7. change any settings, so the best way to use this is to log-on with your
  8. favourite comms package and then execute Ansi.PRG when you need Ansi.

  10.      The best thing about this is the instant map display and mouse
  11. selection feature for Global War. To make use of this option, select
  12. GWterm Toggle on the main menu of Global War. When you select a game,
  13. the main map should be displayed instantly. Also when asked to enter
  14. in a country, you don't need to type it in, just click in the desired
  15. country with the mouse. It is important that you don't just click
  16. anywhere in the country, but on the information inside the country.
