  31.  HOW TO USE IT?
  32.  --------------

  34.  This is a Translation Creator to be used with NeoCom.
  35.  The files created by NEOTRAN, is to be used to filter incomming and
  36.  outgoing characters, very handy if you live outside England or the U.S.A.
  37.  
  38.  It's very easy to use.  To change any character, just click on it with
  39.  your left mousebutton.  Now you click with your left mousebutton again to
  40.  pick a NEW character to be used insted.

  42.  When you're satisfied, just klick in one of the 'SAVE' boxes on your right.
  43.  to load an OLD translation table, just click in one of the 'LOAD' boxes.

  45.  This vresion CAN be a very buggy one, so I hope you can live with it until
  46.  I can make a better one.

  48.  This version has some limits... It does NOT support ANY other resolutions
  49.  other than ST-HIGH, this also includes overscan etc, but you'll have to 
  50.  live with that for a while!
