long as they remain unaltered and retain the copyright notice embedded

SECURE.MSQ - Secure Your Meat
© 1983 Eids-Kid Music
"Secure Your Meat" was written as a "bumper" (a short musical cue for
playing in and out of commercials) for the John Davidson Show. The
title is derived from a comment made to John during a instructional
segment about table etiquette. <grin>

WALTSMBA.MSQ - Walt's Samba
© 1983 Eids-Kid Music
Walt's Samba is another bumper written for the John Davidson Show. It's
a lively samba in 3/4 time (a waltz).

XMASONGS.MST - A set of Christmas Inventions by John Eidsvoog
It has been a tradition with my wife Julie and me to create our own
Christmas cards ever since we were married in 1970. Over the years,
many of the cards have been fugues, canons, or inventions based on one
or more traditional Christmas songs. Our musical friends have come to
look forward to receiving our musical Christmas cards to find out what
new ideas we've incorporated into them. This MIDI Spy song set contains
seven of these compositions. I hope you enjoy them.
Deck the Halls / We Wish You a Merry Christmas / Silent Night
© 1978 Eids-Kid Music
The invention opens with the theme from "Deck the Halls" with hints of
"We Wish You a Merry Christmas" and a short segment from "Silent Night"
at the end.
Joy to the Fugue
© 1982 Eids-Kid Music
This fugue is written in 7/8 time and contains various themes from "Joy
to the World". If you're sharp, you'll hear a few strains from "Hark
the Herald Angels" sliding by.
Twelve Days of Christmas Invention
© 1985 Eids-Kid Music
The popular "Twelve Days of Christmas" gets bent and twisted to fit my
sense of humor in this invention.
O Come All Ye Faithful Fugue
© 1986 Eids-Kid Music
A unique treatment of "O Come All Ye Faithful" flows through this
composition. There are snippets of "Good King Wenceslaus" and "Jingle
Bells" toward the end for those who are clever enough to discern them.
I Saw Three Tannenbaums Upon a Midnight Clear
© 1987 Eids-Kid Music
This piece bounces rhythmically between 6/8 and 3/4 time as it reveals
portions of "Oh Tannenbaum" and "I Saw Three Ships". It ends with a
short trip through "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear".
Away on a First Noel Canon
© 1990 Eids-Kid Music
This canon affords equal time to "The First Noel" and "Away in a Manger"
with a trailing touch of "Jingle Bells".
Put a Torch to Annette Jezebella
© 1991 Eids-Kid Music
Here's an irreverent look at "Bring a Torch, Jeanette Isabella". It
flows along rather nicely in 7/8 time.
