  26. MARSMAIL.RAN is the file with the cookies
  27. TEMPLATE.TPL is your OUT-templatefile, as configured in the BINKLEY.CFG
  28. 250          is the maximum number of cookies in your cookie-file

  31. You need to have the keyword "TEMPLATE template.tpl" in you BINKLEY.CFG
  32. to let binkley know where it can find the template.
