  6. LICENCE:

  8. Each person who wants to start a Bulletin Board using PANDORA is hereby
  9. granted a limited licence to use PANDORA and Utilities as follows:
  10.  
  11. - You accept the FULL responsibility for whatever happens or fails to happen.
  12.  
  13. - You do not use them in any governmental or commercial environment.
  14.  
  15. - You use PANDORA in a friendly way, according to the local law.
  16.  
  17. - You register as a user IMMEDIATELY after setting up your system.
  18.  
  19. - You are not allowed to charge a fee for copying PANDORA and/or Utilities.
  20.  
  21. - PANDORA and/or Utilities may only be posted at Bulletin Boards that allow
  22.   people to download it without any charges at all.
  23.  
  24. - The authors (Jan-Paul Middelink and Jac Kersing) reserve the right to
  25.   prohibit the use of PANDORA and/or Utilities by anyone for any reason
  26.   at any time.

  28. - You are not allowed to change or resource the programs for any reason
  29.   whatsoever.
