  17.         Changed message date format - I keep getting this wrong !
  18.         Added 'already-sent' recognition
  19.         Added a new command line parameter - 'NOPRINT' - this forces
  20.             any errors into an error log, but other than that it
  21.             just switches any display off so as not to mess up any
  22.             multitasking enviroments.
