  17. Non-Commercial use is permitted under the following terms:

  19. 1.     You may copy verbatim copies of IOSmail documentation,
  20. and executable code as you receive it, in any medium, provided
  21. that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy a
  22. valid copyright notice "(C) Copyright 1991-92 Rinaldo Visscher" for
  23. executable or (C) Copyright 1991-92 Eddie Tao" for the documents.

  26. Agreement and to the absence of any warranty;

  28. And give any other recipients of the IOSmail program a copy of
  29. this License Agreement along with the program.  You may charge a

  46. documentation. Any attempt to sublicense IOSmail is void and your
  47. rights to use the program under this License agreement shall be
  48. automatically terminated. However, parties who have received
  49. computer software programs from you with this License Agreement
  50. will not have their licenses terminated so long as such parties
  51. remain in full compliance, and notify IOSmail HQ of their intention
  52. to comply with this Agreement.

  54.  5.     If you wish to incorporate parts of IOSmail into other
  55. free programs whose distribution conditions are different,
  56. please contact IOSmail HQ at one of the addresses 
  57. listed below.  We will be guided by the goal of preserving the
  58. free status of all derivatives of our free software (as it
  59. pertains to Non-Commercial use as provided by this Agreement).

  61.  6.     For the purposes of this document, "COMMERCIAL USE" is
  62. defined as operation of the software on four or more computers
  63. or data lines owned by the same for-profit organization. Any
  64. organization may operate this software under the terms of this
  65. Non-Commercial Agreement if operation is limited to three or
  66. less computers or data lines.

  71. Because IOSmail is licensed free of charge, we provide
  72. absolutely no warranty.  Except when otherwise stated in
  73. writing, Rinaldo Visscher and/or other parties provide
  74. IOSmail "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
  75. or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied
  76. warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
  77. purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of
  78. IOSmail, and the accuracy of its associated documentation, is
  79. with you.  Should IOSmail or its associated documentation prove
  80. defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing,
  81. repair or correction.

  83. In no event will Rinaldo Visscher and Eddie Tao be responsible
  84. in any way for the behavior of modified versions of IOSmail.
  85. In no event will Rinaldo Visscher and Eddie Tao, be liable to you for
  86. damages, including any lost profits, lost monies, or other
  87. special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the
  88. use or inability to use (including but not limited to loss of
  89. data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by
  90. third parties or a failure of the program to operate with any
  91. other programs) IOSmail, even if you have been advised of the
  92. possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other
  93. party.
