  1.                       The HoloQWK QWK mail packer
  2.  
  3. QWK is a simple method for you to download mail from areas of your choice 
  4. and also allows you to upload any replies or messages of your own.
  5.  
  6. The advantage of QWK is that it saves you online time, it is (usually) 
  7. quicker to download a QWK packet than stay online and read the messages.
  8.  
  9. In order to use your downloaded QWK packet you will need a QWK mailer, 
  10. there are a few around, the most commonly known being 'IMHO','CQWK', and 
  11. also 'MTQWK', each have thier own characteristics and once you have found 
  12. one you like the process of reading/writing/replying takes no time at all.

  14. Certain mail areas on the BBS are designated private, public, or both, in 
  15. a private mail area any message you send will be flagged as private, and 
  16. in a public area, even if you send private mail to it, it will be flagged 
  17. as public, if an area is both public and private then your message will 
  18. remain as you sent it.
