This version of Bink requires HSMOD and a 68030 processor.
This version of BinkleyTerm was designed to force a locked serial port
(modem 2 - the SCC driven port) rate of 115200 when used with the HSMOD
serial driver. HSMOD intercepts the rsconf call and remaps 150 baud to
115200. Unfortunately, BinkleyTerm doesn't allow a baud rate of 150 so
using 115200 with HSMOD is impossible with the "normal" BinkleyTerm. This
version ignores the rate listed in the "Baud" statement in binkley.cfg
and ALWAYS passes a 13 to rsconf (which is what HSMOD remaps to 115200)
so that no matter what baud rate you have in binkley.cfg, the port will
be locked at 115200. Remember, this only works with Modem 2 (you must
set the "port" statement in binkley.cfg correctly). It also requires
an Atari with a 68030 processor.
