  3.                              AMail - Main Menu Help

  6.    The main menu has 5 options available:

  9.                    A - Select Conferences
  10.                    B - Pack Mail 
  11.                    C - Change Options
  12.                    D - Download packed mail
  13.                    E - Upload Reply packet.
  14.  
  15.                    F - Download prepacked mail
  16.  
  17. Option A allows you to select which message areas you wish to download from.
  18.  
  19. Option B starts the packing process, and will archive the files for you.
  20.          Note: This can take a VERY long time if you have a lot of mail.

  22. Option C Allows you to change your options (with further help)
  23.  
  24. Option D Lets you download your mail, once it has been packed. 
  25.  
  26. Option E Lets you upload your replies, and then unpacks them into the message
  27.          areas.
  28.  
  29. Option F (if displayed) will allow you to download the waiting mail.
