  4. Text files loaded into the file browser must always end in a CRLF sequence. Not
  5. all files do, so you must add a CRLF. This program checks whether the file ends
  6. with CRLF.  If not it adds the sequence.  Simply supply the full path, name and
  7. extension on the command line.
