  1. Readseq converts different sequence file formats into each other.

  3. The original source was obtained from ftp.bio.indiana.edu via anonymous
  4. ftp and compiled with Pure C 1.0. There have been no changes to the source.
  5. The executables are not speed-optimized and contain debug information for
  6. the use with Pure Debugger.

  8. Pure C is copyrighted by Pure Software, Germany and distibuted (in Germany)
  9. by Application Systems under a license from Borland GmbH.

  13. The program included in this archive has not been extensively tested.
  14. Since the source code has been modified only marginally I assume that
  15. there is no change in its behaviour. Nevertheless, neither I nor the
  16. original authors undertake liability for any direct or indirect damage,

  18. by the use of this program or its unsuitability for a specific purpose.
  19. Everybody is using the program on his/her own risk.
