  29.         1. Monitor ID is not used by all adapters.  Paradise does,
  30.            Maxon and PaeLit do not.  See your manual for other brands.

  32.         2. Reverse Monitor ID bits 0 and 1 for monochrome monitor,
  33.            if your VGA card recognizes them. Monochrome monitors use
  34.            green line for all video.

  36.         3. Sony pin map assumes digital/analog switch in analog position.

  38.         4. Transposing hookups does no apparent harm, but doesn't work,
