2. Serial Numbers and Codes
Any serial numbers, registration keys, or other similar codes you receive in order to personalize, install, or register the software are private and confidential information known only to you and to us, and may not be given to others under any circumstances. Publishing your personal registration data results in immediate termination of your licence.
3. This version of FAST Defrag 2 Professional (Pro) is SHAREWARE. This means:
Shareware lets you try the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a period of time before you buy it. Since you have tried a shareware program, you know whether it will meet your needs before you pay for it. If you use this program for a longer time than the specified trial period (15 days in this case), you are expected to register it or to remove the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your computer. A licensed version of this product includes the permanent right to use the product for an unlimited time. The licensed version also disables the registration screen when starting the program.
4.LIMITED WARRANTY & NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,loss of data, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) while using or misusing this software.
5. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, emulate, clone, modify, rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
