  11. Bleu Rose Ltd. will provide you with a detailed explanation of ANY Mac OS error you have an interest in. This is a FREE service available to you via EMail from Bleu Rose Ltd.

  13. Request an Error Analysis is an application that aids you in taking advantage of our free Macintosh error analysis service.

  15. It creates 2 text files suitable for EMailing to us. Inside the files are details about your Macintosh (or clone) that will aid us in determining the cause of your error.

  19. System Requirements
  20. • Mac OS 7.0 through Mac OS 9.2.2 (Mac OS X is NOT supported)
  21. • Any Mac or clone
  22. • 7.9 MB of disk space
  23. • 0.9 MB of RAM
  24. • A Screen resolution of 640 by 480 or larger set to at least 256 colors is recommended for reading the Instruction Manual.
