  19. Individuals who wish to distribute the The Music Box - 
  20. A Personal Ear Trainer package to friends or associates 
  21. may do so in accordance with the restrictions outlined 
  22. in LICENSE.TXT.

  24. Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the 
  25. The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer package to 
  26. their disk library may do so in accordance with
  27. the Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  31. As the exclusive copyright holder for The Music Box
  32. - A Personal Ear Trainer, Carner Enterprises authorizes 
  33. distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  35. The 'The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer' package is defined as
  36. containing all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  
  37. If any files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST 
  38. file itself, are missing, then the package is not
  39. complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  40. complete package suitable for distribution.

  42. No price or other compensation may be charged for 
  43. the The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer package.

  45. The 'The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer' package cannot be 
  46. "rented" or "leased" to others.

  48. Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  49. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  50. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  51. result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
