  21.     1. Fix up some bugs in INSTALL.EXE and MIMA.EXE.

  23.     2. Two new commandline utilities 16to32.exe and 32to16.exe.
  24.        If you migrate from 'MIMA 2.x/16 Bit' to 'MIMA 2.x/32 Bit' or 32 to 16
  25.        you have to convert your patchbank files and the file 'mima.cfg'.

  27.        How to do:
  28.              a) open a DOS-BOX.
  29.              b) copy the tools 16to32.exe and 32to16.exe to your 
  30.                 MIMA directory.
  31.              c) for each patchbank run 32to16.exe or 16to32.exe 
  32.                 with the name of the patchbank as argument.
  33.                 The file extension is not required.
