  3. Requires:    Microsoft Windows, VBRUN300.DLL, 
  4.              sound card, 256-color VGA.
  5. Recommended: fast '486.
  6. Optional:    Midi synthesizer.

  8. To install:  Copy files to 1.44 floppy or 
  9.              temporary subdirectory, then 
  10.              run SETUP.EXE from Windows.
  11.  
  12. To run:      Launch GUITAR WORKSHOP icon,
  13.              select "Lessons", then "TUTORIAL"
  14.  
  15. Benefits of
  16. registering: Registered users receive the latest version
  17.              of Guitar Workshop with several enhancements
  18.              including the ability to use other Guitar
  19.              Workshop lesson modules and song-packs. Also
  20.              includes "Cool Licks" lesson module at no
  21.              additional charge.  This Guitar Workshop lesson 
  22.          module is adapted from Junior Smith's "Cool Licks"
  23.              audio tape and tab sheets. Includes about 18 licks 
  24.          appropriate for jazz, rock, country, & blues.  
  25.              Intermediate level but also useful for beginners 
  26.              (at a slower tempo).  Includes chromatic scales, 
  27.              arpeggios, open string runs, ending runs, and chordal
  28.              licks.  Also includes lesson module on how to enter
  29.           your own songs into Guitar Workshop format.  Several
  30.          other lesson modules and song-packs are/will be 
  31.          available (all under $20).  Registered users will be 
  32.          notified of these as they become available.
