  1. PortsLock 1.0 is a firewall with user-level access
  2. controls for Windows NT/2000/XP. Once PortsLock is
  3. installed, administrators can assign permissions to
  4. TCP/IP connections, just as they would in managing
  5. permissions on an NTFS partition of a hard disk.
  6. It lets you control which users can access what
  7. TCP/IP based protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3,
  8. Telnet, etc.) on a local computer, depending on the
  9. time of day and day of the week.
