  4.  This ZIP file contains the ENGLISH Blinker 3.01 to 3.1 generic update.

  6.  The GERMAN Blinker 3.01 to 3.1 generic update is contained in the file
  7.  B310GE.ZIP.
  8.  
  9.  The SPANISH Blinker 3.01 to 3.1 generic update is contained in the file
  10.  B310SP.ZIP.

  12.  Note: These updates will ONLY update Blinker 3.01 to Blinker 3.1. If
  13.  you have a prior version of Blinker then please contact Blink, Inc. or
  14.  one of our distributors for upgrade information for older versions.

  17.  If you wish to overwrite your existing Blinker 3.01 with 3.1 then copy
  18.  the enclosed files to the Blinker 3.01 directory, change to that
  19.  directory, then run 'UPDATE .'.

  21.  For example :      UPDATE .

  24.  If you wish to keep your Blinker 3.01 installation and install Blinker
  25.  3.1 into a new directory then copy the enclosed files to the new
  26.  directory for Blinker 3.1 then run 'UPDATE d:\path' where d:\path
  27.  indicates the directory where Blinker 3.01 is installed.
